Day 4 - Deviled Egg Dip

It’s a classic party favorite, Deviled Eggs. This dip is just that, but much easier to eat.


Day 4 – Deviled Egg Dip


8 hard boiled eggs

¼ c. mayonnaise (you can substitute sour cream)

1 Tbsp mustard

1 diced dill pickle

A dash of paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped chives, garnish

Puree hard boiled eggs. Add all other ingredients to bowl. Garnish with chives.


EASY!!! This is a “day of” recipe. If you want a little kick, add 1 tsp hot sauce, or horseradish. They both add an extra flair. Serve with crackers, toasted small baguette, pretzel chips, veggie sticks, etc.
