It’s a classic to make, eat and everyone loves it.
Day 8 – 7-Layer Dip
1 jar your favorite salsa
1 can refried beans (I prefer the vegetarian ones)
1 8oz. container of sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 container guacamole (Or homemade guac)
1 c. sliced black olives
3 green onions chopped
1 bag of tortilla chips
Layer each item into a 9x13 pan, or whatever size pan you prefer. If larger than 9x13, adjust quantity accordingly. Layer in the following order: Refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, black olives, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
Serve with Tortilla chips.
